The value of working with an outside consultant is well documented. Our LIVE program allows for us to engage with our clients in a deep and personal way, to develop their leadership skills and to teach their key people how to operate as a cohesive leadership team.

This program was created for leaders who are frustrated with their businesses to have access to a consulting program designed to enhance performance and results at an affordable level of investment. This comprehensive business management system encompasses our entire consulting program, including the tools for implementation.

Program Features:

6-Month program with two enrollment periods per year (January 1 & July 1)
Participate in a series of 12 online self-study educational courses
Courses are available 24/7 for your convenience
Unlimited access allows you to repeat courses or share them with other members of your organization at no additional cost
Initial one-on-one in-take session (60 minutes) in the first month of the program to help us understand your most critical challenges so that we may better assist you
Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions (30 minutes) during the second through sixth months to help you implement the tools and to increase accountability
Monthly group coaching sessions (75 minutes) utilizing Go-To-Meeting technology to further reinforce the concepts, provide assistance with implementation, and answer questions
